NDI Engineering is looking for an Additive Manufacturing Technician to support our work in Lakehurst, NJ.
Duties & Responsibilities
Technical Support for Metal and Polymer Additive Manufacturing (AM) machines, to include industrial machine and auxiliary equipment operation and maintenance (e.g., wet separator vacuums, AM system cleaning), material feedstock handling and preparation, and laboratory management (e.g. updates to powder and filament inventory, managing consumable items and tooling). Personnel operating metal additive equipment shall be indoctrinated into a medical surveillance program, have respirator training, and conduct fit checks to support lab operations. Personnel must be able to read and follow appropriate technical data in the form of engineering drawings, work instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, and process control documents.

Qualifications
Industrial Equipment Experience:
- Skilled in operating industrial machinery, especially in an AM setting, for both metals and polymers.
- Able to interpret and implement engineering drawings, work instructions, SOPs, and process control documents.
- Experience with the production and fabrication of designs that meet production standards and process requirements.
